The administrative staff of The Graduate School are ready to help you with all of your graduate school needs. Please reach out to any of the staff members below via email to set up an appointment, virtually or in person.
The Graduate School building is located at 2127 Campus Drive. We welcome walk-in visitors without an appointment from 9am to 3:30 p.m. To visit with a staff member outside of those times, we ask that you make an appointment.
Holiday hours
Happy holidays! The Graduate School building at 2127 Campus Drive will require DukeCard or mobile DukeCard for access between December 24, 2025 and January 5, 2026.
The building will remain open to visitors on the following days, between the hours of 9am–3:30pm.

- Tuesday, December 30*
- Friday, January 2
Visitors without a DukeCard should knock or call the front desk at 919-681-3257 to access the building.
*The building will close at 3pm on Dec. 30.
