  • Strategically plan, coordinate, and oversee large-scale events such as New Student Orientation and Ph.D. Hooding, ensuring seamless execution, stakeholder collaboration, and meaningful student engagement.
  • Manage and oversee the Graduate Student Affairs (GSA) budget, including funding allocations for recruitment, events, purchasing, and reconciliation, to ensure financial accountability and program sustainability.
  • Design and implement wellness programs tailored to the unique needs of graduate students, fostering a supportive and inclusive community.
  • Advise and collaborate with graduate student organizations on funding opportunities, leadership development, and strategic initiatives to enhance student advocacy and engagement.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for graduate students in crisis, managing intake processes, maintaining records, and coordinating support resources.
