Duke GRADx Talks 2026

The Society of Duke Fellows, Graduate and Professional Student Government, and The Graduate School invite you to attend the Duke GRADx Talks, an event showcasing graduate student research. GRADx 2026 will take place on Tuesday, March 31, during the annual Graduate and Professional Student Appreciation Week.
Graduate students will share their research in a fast-paced and engaging format inspired by TED and TEDx talks. Rather than showcasing finished projects, presenters share a defining question that they are driven to investigate or explore further. Presenters are challenged to communicate their ideas in a clear, visually appealing way that is understandable to a broad audience in the short time frame of 5-6 minutes.
A reception will follow the talks. The organizers ask that you kindly RSVP to help them plan for the reception.
