Incoming physics Ph.D. students who wish to pursue innovative projects that are primarily physics but might draw on intellectual resources and address challenges from other disciplines.

Through the generosity of the J. Horst Meyer Student Fellowship Fund, this fellowship supports Ph.D. students in the Physics Ph.D. program who wish to pursue innovative projects which are primarily physics, but which might draw on intellectual resources and address challenges from other disciplines. It provides summer tuition, fees, and a stipend at the school rate for students in year 1, and occasional academic-year support. The recipients of this fellowship are selected by the Ph.D. program.
