Join an engaging and interactive workshop designed to help you take control of your time with intentional and sustainable strategies. Whether you’re managing academic commitments, work responsibilities, or personal goals, this workshop will guide you in creating a balanced schedule that prioritizes productivity, self-care, and social connection.
Through hands-on activities and group discussions, you’ll learn how to identify your biggest time wasters, develop purposeful habits, and design personalized weekly plans that make space for study, work, exercise, relaxation, and meaningful social time. You’ll also explore the important connection between effective time management and mental health.

Speaker: Alistar Erickson-Ludwig, Ed.D. is Assistant Dean for the Master of Quantitative Management & Master of Business, Climate, and Sustainability programs in Fuqua School of Business. Her role focuses on strategic program oversight, innovation, and student engagement, and her work leverages resources across Fuqua and Duke to enhance the student experience through co-curricular programming, one-on-one support, team development, and social events. Prior to working at Fuqua, she worked at Drexel University where she ran a leadership development program for undergraduate engineering students, taught classes in civic engagement, and supported outreach programs for youth in the community. She completed her master’s degree at Duke and doctoral degree at Northeastern University.
