This in-person workshop will equip you with strategies to understand your strengths in managing short- and long-term goals. You will also learn ways to build new habits and break with old ones to ensure your success. By the end of the workshop you will be able to
- Articulate the value of having an enhanced understanding of time and life management starting with planning
- Identify behaviors that positively and negatively impact your ability to manage your time
- Create an action plan by outlining intentional behaviors to reduce time loss and stress.

An expert with over 20 years in the management training and professional development arena, Joy will introduce you to advanced time management tools.
