Dr. Jon Tam has developed a successful career coaching business (with a core focus on PhDs) and works as a UX Research Manager in the fast-paced gaming sector. After completing a Ph.D. at the University of Oxford, and specializing in organizational development, social psychology, and training, Jon has helped many individuals gain clarity of purpose and to build essential soft skills.  In his own pathway outside of mentoring, Jon combined his deep experience in research and mentoring to a lifelong dream of working in the video gaming industry and finding success in his own career.
