The Alumni Profiles series offers students the opportunity to learn about the career path of a Graduate School alum, better understand how to prepare for that path themselves, and showcase their communication skills in writing for a broad audience online. Are you interested in writing an alum profile, but you’d like to learn more before you make a commitment? In this interactive session, Assistant Dean Melissa Bostrom will share information about the overall process, demonstrate strategies to identify alumni of interest through LinkedIn and the Duke Alumni Network, and answer your questions.

For a student perspective on the value of participating in this series, you can read feedback from four recent authors.

A Zoom link will be shared with confirmed registrants who provide a Duke email address. This event is part of the Professional Development Series sponsored by The Graduate School. Questions? Contact the professional development team at grad-profdev@duke.edu.
