How do you describe your five greatest strengths? How can you leverage this information to make informed choices about your career, and to market your capabilities to potential employers? Using Gallup’s StrengthsFinder 2.0 book, offered to all registered participants in this limited-enrollment workshop, we will investigate strategies for communicating your strengths to others, the challenges that your strengths might pose for you, and ways you can use information about your strengths to thrive in a team setting. This workshop, facilitated by Melissa Bostrom, Ph.D., Assistant Dean of Graduate Student Professional Development, is open only to research master's students, Ph.D. students, and postdocs.
Lunch will be served; please bring your own beverage to enjoy.
All registrants to this workshop must agree to pick up the StrengthsFinder 2.0 book from The Graduate School and complete the online assessment by May 25.
Registration is now full for this workshop. To be added to the waitlist, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, department/program, and email address.
