The career landscape for PhDs has changed dramatically, with the majority of PhD holders now pursuing careers beyond the academy. What are these careers, and how do you position yourself to be competitive for one?
Explore careers in startups, private industry, and beyond, then learn how you can find opportunities—and practice marketing yourself to best highlight your skills and experience. The session will include a keynote, breakout panels by discipline, and a fireside chat with Nancy Go ’00, a marketing executive who has managed brands for Wayfair and P&G and hired many PhDs. Lunch provided with a reception following.
