This workshop will provide some useful paradigms to help graduate students understand stress, as well as introduce some skills and practices that help keep stress as a useful source of motivation rather than evolve into disruptive distress. Linking student stress to the goals and expectations associated with pursuing success, this program will offer graduate students a paradigm shift toward self-care without compromising healthy high standards. Students will be introduced to common student thinking processes that can lead to greater stress and threaten success and life satisfaction.
