Graduate Faculty Fellow

Lauren Ginsberg (associate professor of classical studies & theater studies) spent AY 2023-24 undergoing equity-based leadership training through the Mellon Leadership Fellow program of the Ivy+ Faculty Advancement Network in preparation to join TGS for a one-year appointment for AY 2024-25. As the school’s first graduate faculty fellow, Ginsberg is working with TGS leadership on a variety of projects, including mentor training for graduate faculty and developing the infrastructure for a new pre-Ph.D. pathway program for applicants from underserved backgrounds.
