ELI Program Sessions, Spring 2019
All sessions take place on Fridays from 12:30-4:30 p.m.
In addition to attending all portions of each session, participants commit up to 5 hours per week of work outside the sessions for completion of assessments and the team project. Note that in addition to the five formal session meetings, participants have three intersession assignments to complete during the break between sessions 4 and 5.
Participants must be on-site for all sessions; remote participation is not possible for the 2019 program.

- Schedule and complete a 45-minute individual coaching session with your assigned Human Patterns coach at a mutually convenient time
