Robert M. Burger Fellowship

The Robert M. Burger Fellowship supports doctoral study in non-technology topics related to microelectronics and the semiconductor industry. Relevant topics include public policy, management, technology policy, fiscal, innovation, workforce education or economic issues. Applicants must be US citizens or hold permanent resident status in the United States, have completed a master’s degree, and are pursuing a doctoral program in one of the disciplines noted above. | More information
