Mellon Fellowships for Dissertation Research in Original Sources

The Council on Library and Information Resources offers fellowships generously funded by the Andrew W. Mellon for dissertation research in the humanities or related social sciences using original sources. Dissertation writers are encouraged to do research wherever relevant sources may be, rather than just where financial support is available. Innovative use of scholarly resources in libraries, archives, museums and historical societies is encouraged. | More information
