WiSE is excited to welcome Lisa M.P. Munoz to Duke to discuss her transformative new book Women in Science Now: Stories and Strategies for Achieving Equity. Lisa Munoz’s book delves into potential solutions to persistent gender gaps, and she explores new perspectives on how to make science more equitable and inclusive. Ms. Munoz also presents groundbreaking studies in psychology and behavior that help to inform novel means for combating inequities in STEM fields. 

Ms. Munoz will speak about her book and answer questions from the audience in an informal Q&A. Her talk will then be followed by a reception.
