RCR Forum: Shaping Your Professional Identity Online (GS717.22)

What does professional identify mean to you as a Duke graduate student? In this interactive workshop, we’ll be exploring the potential (and some pitfalls) of curating your professional identity online: including social media for scholars, scholarly unique identifiers, ethics, academic networking, sharing your scholarly work in digital repositories, and creating an online profile. We invite you to consider how you want to present yourself to your colleagues, students, and potential employers in online spaces. This session will be held online.
