- Articulate the value of having an enhanced understanding of time and life management starting with planning
- Identify behaviors that positively and negatively impact their own ability to manage their time
- Create an action plan by outlining intentional behaviors to reduce time loss and stress.
Our speaker is Joy Birmingham, Assistant Director for Leadership and Professional Development at Duke Learning & Organization Development. An expert with over 20 years in the management training and professional development arena, Joy will introduce you to advanced time management tools. Joy has delivered this workshop for graduate students for over seven years to extremely positive feedback!
