Please join us for this half-day mindfulness experience. Whether you are brand new to mindfulness practice or have already taken classes in mindfulness and meditation, this event is appropriate for you! We know you are busy, and we believe that taking a few hours for self-care will help you return to your work refreshed and with a clearer mind. During the retreat you will get to practice a variety of mindfulness skills and meditation, and have the chance to calm and refresh your body and mind.
