Emotional Intelligence Leadership for Scientists and Engineers: The Five Domains of Emotional Intelligence

Assistant Dean Melissa Bostrom is a certified administrator of the EQ-i instrument, an assessment that can measure emotional intelligence. In this interactive workshop, she will help attendees identify the five domains of emotional intelligence as defined in the EQ-i and describe strategies to address common EQ challenges for trainees.
