Advance HE Fellowship Info Session
Advance HE Fellowship is a professional credential widely recognized in the UK, Australia, and other countries where English is the language of instruction. It affirms a commitment to effective, inclusive, evidence-based teaching in higher education and is increasingly expected or required for faculty & teaching positions in these contexts.
This summer, the Certificate in College Teaching will work with a small writing group for graduate students, staff and faculty who are exploring Advance HE Fellowship applications. Participants can plan to apply for the Fellowship category appropriate to their experience.
The goal of participation in the summer group will be 1) contribute to a focused, collaborative writing process, and 2) successfully apply for Fellowship.
In this info session, we’ll discuss:
- What Advance HE Fellowship is and who it benefits
- What the application process involves
- Timeline and effort for summer writing group
This session is open to all interested graduate students, postdocs, academic staff and faculty. Attending this session does not commit you to joining the summer group.
