Abstract Submission Deadline: Duke GRADx 2023
The Graduate School, School of Medicine and the Society of Duke Fellows invite you to participate in the Eleventh Annual Duke GRADx Talks, an event showcasing graduate student research. GRADx will take place in a hybrid format on Wednesday, March 29th from 4-6pm during the annual Graduate and Professional Student Appreciation Week.
Graduate students are invited to share their research in a fast-paced and engaging format inspired by TED and TEDx talks. Rather than showcasing finished projects, we ask presenters to share a defining question that they are driven to investigate or explore further. Presenters are challenged to communicate their ideas in a clear, visually appealing way that is understandable to a broad audience in the short time frame of 5-6 minutes.
Not sure whether you should participate? Read the reflection of past participant Chris Bassil, M.D./Ph.D. student, "How Five Minutes Advanced My Research and Grew My Network."
