The session will begin with a 30-minute recruiter and company overview led by Debra Olevsky, Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, and Suresh Yachem, Senior Global Sourcer, who will share insights into Syngenta, strategies for building meaningful professional connections, and guidance on navigating the transition from academia to industry.
