NIEHS 27th Annual Career Symposium

The annual NIEHS Biomedical Career Symposium, now in its 27th year, is one of the largest assemblies of biomedical organizations and young scientists in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. Targeting postdoctoral fellows and graduate students, the Career Symposium provides young scientists with an opportunity to explore a myriad of career options and create a contact network as they plan for their future careers in the biomedical sciences. Find the complete agenda online.

This year's program will feature a keynote address by Robert Lefkowitz, M.D., Duke Health Distinguished Professor of Medicine. This event is organized by the NIEHS Trainees' Assembly and sponsored by the NIEHS Office of Fellows' Career Development. Duke graduate students are invited to attend this free virtual event.

On April 16, optional CV and résumé review sessions will be offered with a variety of experts from industry, government, and academia. Registration for these sessions is available separately from the April 15 program, opening Monday, March 10, and closing Friday, March 28.
