Video: Advice for First-Year Graduate Students

The Graduate School welcomed more than 1,000 new Ph.D. and master's students to Duke.

Yan Li, former associate dean of student affairs and director of CAPS at Duke Kunshan, will oversee The Graduate School’s Office of Graduate Student Affairs.

Ph.D. conference travel funding will be provided as an advance payment instead of reimbursement. The Graduate School has also developed an expanded time-off policy for graduate student assistants.
