Obtain Duke Card and Parking Permit
Please fill out and mail your Duke Card Request Form with requested photograph by July 31, 2009 in order to have your card ready for pick-up at the Duke Card Office during orientation week. If you have any questions concerning your Duke Card, please contact the Duke Card Office directly.
