Enrollment Form
The most important step admitted applicants must take is to complete and submit the official online enrollment form. You will need your application PIN and password to complete this step. In general, and unless otherwise indicated, we expect to hear back from you by April 15th or within 15 days from your receipt of the admission notification, whichever is later. If you are unable to accept admission, we request that you submit the form indicating this decision.
NOTE: ADMISSION MAY NOT BE DEFERRED FROM ONE TERM TO ANOTHER; your admission offer is only for the semester and program specified in the admission letter.
